Feedback is not always critic
If critic comes, use it
A leader that don`t hear any feedback, is not good enough
Evaluate your communication
After you speak ask someone that repeat what you just said
Communication is necessary to solve conflicts
The evasive don`t want to do anything, so there is no cooperation there
With aggressiveness differences are not solved
When you talk about a problem assertiveness and negotiation are needed

Search for the suitable solution
Propose alternatives
Reach agreements
Motivation is due to vigor, dreams and desire
There is no efficiency or effectiveness without empowerment

The person who receives empowerment, must also receive:
·         Power
·         Motivation
·         Capacitation
·         Has to be a leader

Add information and rewards

A leader give people orientation and has good relationships with employees wich creates more influence
The level of disposition employees have matters a lot

Effective leaders have:
·         Dominion
·         Take big responsabilities
·         A great amount of energy
·         Confidence on themselves
·         Stability
·         Integrity
·         Intelligence

·         Sensibility
